at work. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work.Life\u2019s mission is to be the UK leaders in workplace happiness and in our Work Happy event series, we hear from experts in the happiness field who make it their mission to help people find their best work and life selves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So far, we\u2019ve heard from Henry Stewart of Happy Ltd. on empowering your people and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/work.life\/blog\/work-happy-the-future-of-happiness-at-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">owning up to your mistakes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Sally Lovett on how <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/work.life\/blog\/physical-wellbeing-in-the-workplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">what you eat at lunch might ruin your day<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (a hard one to swallow) and a whole host of other clever humans on the highs and lows of engaging the future workforce. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This month, our speaker was Jodie Cariss. Jodie is the Founder and Creative Director of <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/theselfspace.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self Space<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a therapy service based in Shoreditch, who make having a good conversation with a qualified person easy. She also runs <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/carisscreative.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CarrisCreative<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which offers businesses and schools creative and contemporary therapeutic support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11988\" src=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/goodenu-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/goodenu-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/goodenu-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/goodenu-1024x683.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Heres_what_we_learned\"><\/span><b>Here\u2019s what we learned:<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie kicked off by telling us that she&#8217;s interested in reclaiming the words \u2018mental health\u2019. Rather than aligning it with affliction or illness, Jodie wants society to get to a place where <strong>\u201cwe talk about mental health and we feel proud\u201d<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mental_health_is_not_a_given\"><\/span><b>Mental health is not a given<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just like physical health, gaining mental strength and staying on top of your mental health is a process that requires attention and effort. Rather than accepting how you feel on the surface, Jodie suggests probing deeper to find the root of that feeling: <\/span><b>\u201cWhen you say you\u2019re busy, what does that term really mean for you?\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the workplace, Jodie sees a detachment between our actions and our feelings, <\/span><b>\u201cwe\u2019re all human, we all have feelings but [at work] we become so task-oriented that we forget the person behind the task [&#8230;] Make eye contact, put your hand on their shoulder\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remembering the person beyond the project ahead and grounding yourself in the moment is a way of maintaining a healthy appreciation of the mental health of those around you. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie also pointed out that it isn\u2019t the job of our employer to make us happy, <\/span><b>\u201calwa<\/b><b>ys start with yourself\u201d<\/b>. It is, however, an employers job to create an ecosystem where there is no shame in expressing our concerns over our own mental health.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11999\" src=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/qg3-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/qg3-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/qg3-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/qg3-1024x683.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fact that people in creative industries are three times more likely to experience a mental health problem probably isn&#8217;t a surprising statistic to most. She believes a lot of this is down to the aggression of client culture, <\/span><b>\u201cAgencies say \u2018We\u2019re going to make the best work of our lives!\u2019 but what does that mean?\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. She questions this culture and how a person is equipped to recover from the supposed failure of bringing their best work to the table and have it be rejected.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%80%98I_feel%E2%80%A6\"><\/span><b>&#8216;I feel&#8230;&#8217;<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In an effort to combat this culture of constantly demanding &#8216;success&#8217; from ourselves, Jodie suggests taking two minutes out of your day to ask yourself what you\u2019re truly feeling, <\/span><b>\u201cWe can be confused as to what that is. You might think you feel angry but when you probe it, you realise you\u2019re actually sad. This reflection will seep into your workplace\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The more people share their feelings and explain that they\u2019re feeling overwhelmed or don\u2019t know what they\u2019re doing at that moment (especially at a senior level), the more able everyone will feel to do their job comfortably. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self Space spent time observing office receptions and found a huge number of people asked how someone was and walked away before they\u2019d even heard the answer, <\/span><b>\u201cit\u2019s about reminding yourself to be curious and wondering about the other\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reposition\"><\/span><b>Reposition<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie emphasised the importance of self-reflection in the context of your actions. She suggests asking yourself if you might have behaved better in a situation. Although it can at first feel quite shaming, she believes it\u2019s a vital step towards self-improvement and acceptance, <\/span><b>\u201cWe can sometimes bludgeon on in the same way and get the same results. Think: \u2018How might I have done that differently?\u2019\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She has found that companies with a culture of taking personal responsibility for things they might have done differently-<\/span><b>\u201cthese subtle human behaviours\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; can make a huge difference to the way a working environment functions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Part of taking responsibility is showing up on time and working out how it is you can be performing at your best, <\/span><b>\u201cLateness is disrespectful in a workplace [&#8230;] We forget how nice it is when so<\/b><b>meone\u2019s there waiting for you. Plus, we get really stressed when we&#8217;re late\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11984\" src=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappyy-pic12-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappyy-pic12-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappyy-pic12-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappyy-pic12-1024x683.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Making_the_unsaid_said\"><\/span><b>Making the unsaid said<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When it comes to issues causing you stress or concern at work, often facing the things that are not being discussed head on is the only way to prevent them from causing deeper problems down the line:\u00a0<\/span><b>\u201cdon\u2019t talk about people behind their backs, find a way of saying it\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie has found that noticing your breathing can help with this, <\/span><b>\u201cWe always have our breath and the floor beneath us\u201d.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> So, breathe and take the time to think about what you&#8217;re going to say and how\u00a0<\/span>you&#8217;ll manage it.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie says that when it comes to bringing up issues at work, <\/span><b>\u201cstart with \u2018I\u2019 not \u2018you\u2019\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. That way, rather than accusing someone of something, you are taking responsibility for what is happening. The conversation should be less hostile and <\/span><b>\u201cthe challenge and conflict is productive\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not speaking up and harbouring resentment leads to people leaving companies and holding onto that trauma as they carry on with their lives. The same goes for saying yes to things you don\u2019t want to do, <\/span><b>\u201cSay no but make sure you explain why [&#8230;] or it will cause anxiety from the moment it happens\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11979\" src=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic8-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic8-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic8-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic8-1024x683.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Good_enough_is_good_enough\"><\/span><b>Good enough, is good enough<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie believes that personally believing that we are good enough <strong>\u201cchanges the way work can make us feel- which is not good enough\u201d<\/strong>. She explained that we can only do our best and connecting with that truth and accepting it is vital to feeling mentally stable at work and at home. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To help with this self-acceptance, Jodie says to practice gratitude, <strong>\u201cSay thank you, it matters\u201d<\/strong>. She also advises being generous (<strong>\u201cparticularly when you\u2019re feeling ungenerous\u201d<\/strong>), raising people up and being thankful that others possess qualities that you may not,\u00a0<\/span><b>\u201ctell them why you\u2019re thankful that they\u2019re there\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie\u2019s final comment was one of grounding our experiences in the here and now, and who we are as people:<\/span><b> \u201cSystems can forget about the people. We talk about \u2018the people\u2019 but forget what that actually means. She describes her mission as <strong>\u201chelping people discover what it actually means to support people to be their best at work and empowering leaders to have those difficult conversations\u201d<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toni is a freelance writer and Founder of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shelfhelp.club\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shelf Help<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an online and offline community who share a monthly book club dedicated to self-help and self-development. Toni\u2019s journey started after she left a journalist job where she believed the toxic atmosphere was making her unhappy, <\/span><b>\u201cI was either at work or going out. When I left, I thought I\u2019d slide out of a toxic situation into life, but it turned out it wasn\u2019t the job\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Toni read a Paul McKenna self-help book and was hooked, <\/span><b>\u201cIt was about how you talk to yourself and what plans or dreams you have for yourself. I started the book club for people I knew and then I realised it was something a lot of people needed\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Similarly, Samantha removed herself from a damaging work environment and followed her creative interests into shoe design, <\/span><b>\u201cthen the recession happened [&#8230;] I studied psychology and took coaching courses [&#8230;] As a happiness consultant, I bring an outside perspective, a refreshing outlook to tackle the problem\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11977\" src=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic5-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic5-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic5-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic5-1024x683.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"So_whats_going_wrong_with_mental_health_in_the_workplace\"><\/span><b>So, what\u2019s going wrong with mental health in the workplace?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie believes people are feeling vulnerable, <\/span><b>\u201cI feel there\u2019s a lot of disenchantment with life and a general feeling of being quite vulnerable [&#8230;] and a bit unsafe in the bigger picture of the world\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She explained that this can be projected into the workplace, <\/span><b>\u201cPeople say they hate their job or someone they work with but that takes the ownership out of it\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She also believes the pressure on people to succeed at work is massive, especially in London, <\/span><b>\u201cwe want to be associated with these brilliant companies (or we think we do) and the expectation of doing that is really huge and bloody hard work\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samantha sees a lot of confusion over how people should present themselves and their mental health at work, <\/span><b>\u201cWhat do I show and what do I conceal? People are also conflicted about what it means to be happy at work. If there\u2019s something I don\u2019t like, can I ask for it?\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When she goes into organisations, Samantha will ask them to analyse happiness across four pillars of happiness and she almost always finds the biggest issues around digital communications, <\/span><b>\u201cThere\u2019s too much tech. We\u2019re on a treadmill of emails and only speaking to people for basic conversations which don\u2019t get out what we\u2019re trying to say\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11994\" src=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhep-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhep-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhep-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhep-1024x683.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toni believes we have problems setting boundaries, <\/span><b>\u201cNo one\u2019s going to say not to check your emails out of work hours. If you\u2019re answering emails at ten o\u2019clock then they\u2019ll expect that again and again\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When it comes to smaller businesses, Samantha has found that founders struggle with putting on a strong front for their team: \u201c<\/span><b>They ask how they can show vulnerability when they\u2019re trying to recruit people and bring them on a journey\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie believes that the message that senior teams always know what they\u2019re doing can be alienating, <\/span><b>\u201cIf I say to my team that I don\u2019t have all the answers at this moment, it often helps to thaw things\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. She described it as the difference between softness and hardness, <\/span><b>\u201cWhen we\u2019re soft, we\u2019re very strong and when we\u2019re hard, we\u2019re brittle. Softness works when we\u2019re brave enough to be it\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toni agreed that everyone has different skills and therefore different struggles, <\/span><b>\u201cpeople don\u2019t know you need help until you ask\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11978\" src=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic7-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic7-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic7-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhappy-pic7-1024x683.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"On_a_practical_level_what_can_we_do_to_help\"><\/span><b>On a practical level, what can we do to help?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Jodie, it\u2019s as seemingly simple as really listening to what people have to say, <\/span><b>\u201cDon\u2019t be afraid to hear the answers about what\u2019s not working for people\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Samantha said that following through after hearing problems is vital: <\/span><b>\u201cif the conversation is there and nothing changes, that\u2019s worse\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toni mentioned a study by Work.Life members,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/peopleinsight.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">People Insight<\/a>, who asked what would make people happier at work, <\/span><b>\u201cIt wasn\u2019t a pay rise! It was offering opportunities for staff to be creative and to connect with each other. Things like books and sewing clubs\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Jodie said she was <strong>\u201canti the \u2018let\u2019s-get-everyone-pissed-to-say-thank-you\u2019 culture\u201d<\/strong>. She explained,\u00a0<b>\u201c<\/b><\/span><b>We need to get more creative with it\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11997\" src=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/chatha-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/chatha-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/chatha-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/chatha-1024x683.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_does_good_leadership_look_like\"><\/span><b>What does good leadership look like?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Toni, it\u2019s communication, \u201c<\/span><b>Be communicating all the time. Celebrate wins and allow for failure. The more you try the more you fail but you\u2019ll bring in new ideas\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Samantha agrees, <\/span><b>\u201cEngage with your team and make sure your visions are aligned. You should be speaking and learning with them\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To avoid burnout, preserving your mental health by not overworking and recognising your own mental patterns is key. Toni said that means <strong>\u201cshowing up as your best you\u201d<\/strong>. She explained, <strong>\u201cIf you\u2019re hungover or tired then you won\u2019t get the best out of yourself. Remember you are your own responsibility\u201d<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11996\" src=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhiii-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"701\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhiii-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhiii-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/work.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/workhiii-1024x683.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie thinks purpose is key to keeping on top of where you\u2019re at mentally, <strong>\u201cKeep remembering why you\u2019re doing what you\u2019re doing. If you don\u2019t know then work it out, we often avoid doing this digging\u201d<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On a personal level, our guests all had a few structures in place to keep themselves in touch with themselves. Samantha has an established morning and evening routine, <strong>\u201cMeditation in the morning allows me to visualise what I want from the day and ground myself. At the end of the day, I reflect on what worked well and what I need to let go of\u201d<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jodie uses therapy and yoga, <\/span><b>\u201cI\u2019m not a yogi [&#8230;] but I find it useful to connect with my body and I do notice the busier I am, the less self-care I do. Also, don&#8217;t forget about sleep\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Toni, it comes from saying no, <\/span><b>\u201cYou don\u2019t need to say why.
