Company change often prompts feelings of fear, uncertainty and stress, especially if implemented without consultation, consideration or perceived purpose.<\/p>\n

But imagine the outcome if it was better presented, explained, managed and achieved? HR expert Rita Trehan helps companies better deal with company transformation to ensure sustainability and success.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople often associate change with losing something when actually change is often about experiencing renewal,\u201d <\/strong>she says.<\/p>\n

And Rita\u2019s company isn\u2019t called DARE for nothing. \u201cIt\u2019s about daring companies and people to believe in what\u2019s possible. The business world today is under so much disruption and change, it\u2019s companies that are really willing to dare, to try and find their uniqueness, that are really going to be successful.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rita has worldwide knowledge in transformation management (including managing five transformations in seven years for a global corporation) before leaving the corporate world to mentor Chief HR Officers.<\/p>\n

But it wasn\u2019t long before it was Rita\u2019s turn to transform – from working with lots of people to being just her, building her own business. DARE\u2019s aim is \u201cTo transform how HR is perceived. [Traditionally] it doesn\u2019t have a great image but it\u2019s the lifeblood of a company.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
